AFRICA UNITE is a film by Stephanie Black that is at once concert tribute, Marley family travelogue, and humanitarian documentary, igniting the screen with the spirit of reggae icon Bob Marley. In commemoration of Marley’s 60th birthday, Africa Unite is centered on the Marleys first-time-ever family trip to Ethiopia in 2005. Includes rare footage of the legendary reggae icon Bob Marley.

FYI (Follow Your Instinct) takes place the last Thursday of every month at Harlem Restaurant, 67 Richmond St. E. Toronto. FYI Showcases Toronto’s best emerging urban talent backed by the 4-piece “Movement Band” & Dj Musiklee Inzane.
Doors open at 9:00pm, the show starts at 10:00pm.
Admission: $10 before 10pm, $15 Afterwards

A lot of jazz, a bit of blues, funk, Caribbean, and other sounds that all meld and intertwine, leaving the listener with a sense that they’ve experienced a unique blend of sounds that defines this Festival.

Eternia - One Love (Extended Remix)

Eternia returns with her first audio leak since the critically acclaimed and Juno-nominated album "AT LAST" (Fat Beats Records). Elzhi's "ONE LOVE" - arguably the deepest track on the Nas-inspired 'Elmatic' - tells the tale of a fly, ride-or-die woman that had it rough growing up, but ends up as El's one love. As Eternia explains it,
"I related so much to the person that Elzhi describes in 'One Love'. A lot of her experiences - not all, but many - mirrored my own life."

The Remix Project is a youth-led urban arts organization focused on the individual, while building a strong and healthy community. They have 4 streams of programming:
Recording Arts (for the singers, rappers, poets, producers and engineers)
Creative Arts (graphic designers, fashion designers, journalists, illustrators, video/film and creative writers)
The Art of Photography (for the photographers)
The Art of Business (for the young entrepreneurs)
Each of these streams accepts 10 young people between the ages of 16–22 for a total of 40 participants per 6 month semester. These 40 work with their program leader in their chosen stream to design a 6 month curriculum around getting out their dreams.
